- If you are not satisfied with our low-code development platform within the specified period, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription or purchase price.
Refund Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within the specified money-back guarantee period.
- Refund requests is initiated immediately by clicking the "Cancel" button for the respective plan on the account page.
- You may be required to provide a reason for your dissatisfaction with our services to help us improve our platform.
Exclusions
- Customized or personalized development work carried out on your behalf is non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable to any third-party services or integrations that may have been purchased through our platform.
Refund Process
- Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the initial purchase.
